Bold Series

Bold is beautiful, especially when it’s large faceted rocks, gems, stones and other natural elements.

This series is inspired by my many beach walks and mountain hikes on which I see natural colors, textures, and the play of light on objects. My walks make me want to capture the beauty and uniqueness of nature. Most of the pieces in this series are made with larger, natural stones or beads. This allows me to capture the inherent beauty of the stones and gems. Complimentary beads are then used to emphasize the main stone’s attributes without detracting from them. This series is also comprised of bold, colorful earrings that scream "WOW."
