Return Policy

If you find that your jewelry breaks through no fault of your own, please return the piece or combination set with an explanation, a mailing address, and email/contact address. Every effort will be made to remake the piece. If the piece can not be remade, then your money will be refunded to you.

I make every effort to create beautiful jewelry that is well made. I use high quality beading wire, 21 or 49 strand, which resists breaks and kinks, unbroken beads and stones, and when possible, Sterling, Thai, or Bali silver, gold-filled components, or copper. If pieces are made with thread, I use high quality silk or nylon coated upholstery thread and knot the thread at least every two to three inches. This allows minimal bead loss, if by chance a piece breaks.

Please note that I use many natural elements. The very nature of these stones, gems, pearls, and other natural elements excludes perfect matching of beads. It's these inherent imperfections that impart beauty to these natural elements, and often the imperfections add additional interest and appeal to the jewelry I create.

Please be sure keep your jewelry away from small children or moving machinery or objects, as these can pull your jewelry apart.
